We had a romantic escape at this cozy place with lovely staff. the hot spring bath and pool were the best aspects of our stay, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. the location is great for those seeking a peaceful stay and easy access to nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the array of street food stalls and simple restaurants nearby, which offered inexpensive and delicious local cuisine.
The plumbing was a bit eccentric and the Wi-Fi had some connectivity issues on the first day. they were resolved quickly by the staff.

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel near Cajamarca city center. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the personalized service to the small boutique style of the place. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to all the restaurants in the area made it incredibly convenient. And let's not forget about the relaxing thermal bath exclusively for guests, which was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day.

We loved the spacious and clean room with a luxurious bath. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi on the ground floor. Parking was easy, with the option to park inside the premises. The hotel's transportation service made it convenient for us to explore this city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home and serving us a tasty breakfast made with fresh local ingredients.

Our family had an amazing stay here. the location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the city centre. the staff were welcoming and provided top-notch service. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the clean bathroom. the breakfast had a great variety of local ingredients and we loved the small boutique feel of the hotel. We also enjoyed the thermal bath.
The music in the early evening was a bit loud for our taste.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cajamarca. the location is perfect, as it is close to all the restaurants in the area. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always providing excellent service. The room was comfortable and had a nice patio with a bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, made with local ingredients that added a special touch to the experience.
Everything was fantastic, no improvements needed.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the peaceful location of the hotel which allowed for a good night's sleep. It was perfect that the hotel offered their own private hot spring bath and the swimming pool that was fed from the hot springs. It was a great and relaxing way to unwind. The staff was always willing to help in any way that they can, communication was a bit of a challenge for us, but their warm welcome made up for it. The neighboring restaurant and proximity to Cajamarca made it easy to travel in and out for sightseeing and dining options.
There were minor issues during our stay, but nothing serious. The Wi-Fi on the second floor only worked on the second day, and the breakfast could have been better.
